Live support was a bit hard to get hold of (I swear the phone rang about 800 times before they answered), but they were helpful when I reached them. So go wild at WildJack Casino - but take my advice and gamble with their bonus money, not your deposit!

But before I started winning, I was already impressed by the look and feel of Wild Jack Casino - they seemed to put that little extra effort into making getting around easier for the user. Yes, I'm fairly Wild about Jack - albeit with some slight reservations.
The Mother of All Bonuses!
At Wild Jack Casino, when you sign up as a real, money-betting customer, not only are you eligible for a $10 online casino bonus - but also, if your initial deposit is over $50, they give you ANOTHER matching bonus up to $100. I deposited $50 through FirePay (minimum deposit is a fairly standard $20), then went to apply for all this free money (not automatic - you have to apply for it. But this one's worth it). An hour or so later (they say it could take up to 24 hours), I discovered I had $115 in my account - they matched my $50 deposit and gave me the extra $10. So where'd the extra $5 come from? Turns out there's ANOTHER automatic 10% bonus of your first deposit when you use an alternative pay source, like I did with FirePay.
Fair warning - you cannot withdraw the bonus funds until you've wagered a certain amount of times on Wild Jack Casino (12 times the amount of your deposit and the matching bonus. The $10 and 10% bonuses can go to whatever). And that wagering has to be on certain casino games, mostly the slots. So strings are attached - but many online casinos with this kind of matching bonus make you wager much more and ONLY on the slots, before you can take money back out. So Wild Jack Casino even comes out ahead on this count.
Customer Support
I was having difficulty figuring out just where Wild Jack Casino online casino was licensed/located - the corporate home seemed very British, but it had the Canadian Kahnawake tribe logo on it. So first I decided to try the site's Live Chat Help feature. A little browser mini-window popped up saying I was number one in line and a representative would be with me shortly. I waited ten minutes...then I closed the mini-window and hit the Live Help button again. A mini-window popped up saying I was second in line. Apparently, my virtual self was in front of me. I went into the Banking area and tried the Live Help there to see if they would be more responsive, since money was involved. Maybe you saw this coming, but the latest mini-window told me I was third in line.
I went for the toll-free line. I was happy that the opening message was a specific greeting from Wild Jack Casino - sometimes you only get a generic corporate help line when there's a chain involved - but then the phone rang...and rang...and rang...and rang. Finally, somebody answered the phone with a distinctly non-Canadian, non-British accent. He helpfully informed me that the Wild Jack Casino online casino itself was in Canada and support was in Israel. And, judging from how long it took him to answer, apparently the phone itself is in Ethiopia.
Games, Jackpots and Promotions, Oh My!
You'll find a lot of small and not-so-small online casino promotions and jackpots going on at Wild Jack Casino. There is currently a Super Bowl Sunday weekly drawing going on, a Slots Survivor competition, a Jack's Buddies player loyalty points program and some good-sized progressive jackpots. Casino game playing itself was very typical of the Microgaming sites - I did pretty well on video poker and blackjack, but lost all the bonus money pretty fast. Best bet is to take out what you can take out when you can take it out. Don't fall for that infamous REVERSE WITHDRAWAL option they give you at the bank - where you can get back the money you earmark for withdrawal over the next 24 hours. Isn't it curious they don't have a REVERSE DEPOSIT option?
A Better Bet
Despite my live support difficulties, I found this to be one of the best online casino sites I've encountered to date. Wild Jack Casino was definitely one of the easiest to navigate, despite it being one of the larger casino sites. And Wild Jack Casino had overwhelmingly the best sign-up bonus terms I've seen. In short, they seem to have actually put some work into hooking the new player and making him or her feel at home. So I say, go wild at Wild Jack Casino - but take my advice and gamble with their money, not yours!
