Cinema Casino Overview

Whatever. Are there really gamblers out there who get reeled in by this kind of line? I seriously doubt it. However, Cinema Casino is a solid online casino.
Cinema Casino Bonus Guidelines
The initial match bonus at Cinema Casino is awesome, the largest percentage I have seen. A 250% bonus is given to first-time casino players, up to $50 in free money. You deposit $20 and get $50, right off the bat. Unlike some other online casinos, you can receive the bonus by playing the Flash casino. No need for a download if you want fast action.
While the initial bonus is very nice, qualifying for it is difficult. The player must wager 15 times the deposit plus bonus amount to be able to cash out the bonus. With a $20 deposit and $50 bonus, this works out to $1,050. This requirement is high in comparison to other online casinos. If you play blackjack, craps, roulette or baccarat, these games do not qualify for the bonus.
Cinema Casino - Free Money
I couldn't pass up a free $50, so I decided to deposit $20 at Cinema Casino. Of course, my Visa did not work (do they ever at these online casinos?). So after a NETeller transaction, I was ready to go. Unfortunately, the $50 bonus does not show up for a long time. The Cinema Casino website advertises "Up to three hours." It took two-and-a-half for mine to be added. I have no idea why they cannot add the bonus right away.
Cinema Casino - Going for the Gold
While waiting for the bonus, I played some games with my $20. I tried out video poker, craps, superfun blackjack and paigow poker. I was betting only one dollar a hand, so I managed to survive for about an hour until the bankroll got down to cents. At this rate, it would take me a week to qualify for cashing out a bonus. When the extra $50 finally came in my account, I took it back to the paigow poker table. This is a low-risk game, where you push (tie) a lot by winning one hand and losing the other. The Cinema Casino website said nothing about this not qualifying for bonus, so I set out to get it.
After going back and forth for about an hour, I stepped up my bet to $5 a hand. It was late and I was playing fast. Bad combination. The dealer got hot. My bankroll dwindled. A few minutes later, I was done. Bankrupt again. No need to qualify for a bonus if you have nothing to cash out.
Cinema Casino - Is the Bonus Reachable?
I still wanted to discover how close I came to my goal. There is nowhere for the casino player to see their bonus tally while playing. There is a Playcheck feature, an innovative Microgaming tool letting you see your complete gaming transaction history at the casino. You can even pull up a specific blackjack hand or slot spin. Very cool. But there are no totals. You would have to add up each bet and exclude the ones from blackjack and craps. Too confusing.
However, a call to customer service provided me with some very interesting information. My wagers totaled a whopping $1,177. I had qualified for the bonus! Paigow poker was a smart choice, as each bet I made (win, lose or push) went toward my total. While I thought I would not even be close to the goal, I had actually surpassed it. Yeah, there was no money to cash out, but it was nice to know what could have been.
Cinema Casino - Cashing Out Problems
As I found out at one of Cinema Casino's sister casinos, cashing out money is not as easy as in a real casino. In the Vegas Partner Lounge terms and conditions, the fine print says, "Any amount less than $50 will not be cashed out and will be credited back to your casino account."
So the minimum deposit is $20, yet the minimum cash-out amount is $50. Something seems very wrong here. Basically, every single player whose balance falls under $50 is forced to keep playing. This is the case at all casinos affiliated with the Vegas Partner Lounge.
