In both the Flash Casino (loads on your internet browser) and the Downloadable Casino (basically takes over your entire computer while you're playing), I had quite a few technical hiccups I didn't experience with other gambling sites - which I visited on the same computer. All Jackpots Casino has a generous array of casino promotions and progressive jackpots (the same that appear on other Jackpot Factory online casinos - and the helpful support options are identical as well), but the basic casino gameplay problems were surprising. Some blackjack games would not load at all (does the error message SQL Database Error mean anything to anyone out there?) and I had one hand of video poker crash before the final card draw. So only the gambling Gods (or are they demons?) know if I won. The matching sign-up bonus is decent, but has many usual strings attached (though not as many as some others). So check All Jackpots Casino out as a guest (i.e. non-paying member) and make sure the software works for you before you try to work it for real cash.

The Bonus That Can Cost
All Jackpots Casino is another online casino that offers you a $50 sign-up bonus for a minimum deposit of $25 - but read all those terms and conditions, because it could actually keep you from getting your own money out. You have to wager at least twelve times the amount of your deposit and bonus - and you can wager it only on certain casino games (mostly the slots) - before you can make any withdrawals. This is a bonus you have to apply for, in any event, so if you'd rather skip the hassle of doing all this math and just bet what you put in, then deposit without worry. Actually, deposit happily if you're using an alternative money-paying method like Firepay or Click2Pay - because they'll give you an extra 10% of your initial deposit to gamble away as you like.
A Raw Deal
All Jackpots Casino technical difficulties plagued me - and this is the only online casino where crashing happened as often as losing. So only the gambling Gods (or are they demons?) know if I won. The money I bet was not taken out of my credits, by the way, so I wasn't victimized by the crash. The casino games that worked worked as Microgaming games usually do - but here again, there were delays in the middle of card games that were unusual - like the virtual dealer left to go to the virtual bathroom or something.
Customer Support
All Jackpots Casino has a live chat help option, but I had the same experience I had on another Jackpot Factory site - nobody showed up for awhile to chat, so I went to the phone line. Someone with an accent finally answered there after a few rings - I already knew their support people were located in Israel, even though the actual online casino is located in Canada and licensed by the Canadian Kahnawake tribe. Call it the global gambling economy. In any event, the people are helpful, if just a trifle hard to understand.
The Jackpots' Jackpots
The Jackpot Factory manufactures the same big pay-offs for all its online casino sites and All Jackpots Casino is no exception. In January, there was a Super Bowl Sunday weekly drawing going on, a Slots Survivor competition, a Jackpot Club that offers a player loyalty points program and some good-sized progressive jackpots. There's also a VIP lounge for those who have lost enough...oh, I mean gambled enough...at the online casino to have gotten an invitation. Unless All Jackpots Casino can get a virtual cocktail waitress to pop up beside you with a virtual gin and tonic, I don't know that it's worth it.
Does it Compute?
All Jackpots Casino is a slightly above-average online casino that I can only really pick on for the glitches I experienced during casino gameplay. So, if I were you (and no, I'm okay being me, so this isn't an offer), I'd check it out as a guest (i.e. non-paying member) and make sure the All Jackpots Casino software works for you before you try to work it for real cash. If it does, you have all the ingredients for an online gambling good time.
